Setup is a breeze with the unique trigger lock ridge poles. Like all Darche ridge pole swags, the Dirty Dee is free standing. The huge entry doors on either side ensure that you can enjoy the incredible views. The super-fine mesh windows offer great ventilation, keeping you cool while ensuring you’re well protected from the mozzies.

The Dirty Dee swag is made from premium 420gsm ripstop polycotton canvas with an impressive 800mm waterhead rating. There’s also internal seam sealing and a reinforced, heavy-duty 600gsm welded PVC bucket floor to keep you dry in those rainy conditions. It comes with a premium quality, high-density 70mm foam mattress with a removable cover.

Easy deployment means you can quickly get some rest on the included 70mm/2.75″ mat after a long day in the backcountry. Stowage is just as simple – just take down the poles and roll it up, mattress and all. The built-in compression straps make pack-down very easy. The canvas swag bag is perfect for storage and protection while you’re on the go – just throw it in the back of the car or on the roof rack and get on the road.

We often get asked what the difference is between a Dirty Dee and the Dusk to Dawn swag. It really comes down to design – both models offer the same high-quality materials, sleeping area, and mattress. The Dusk to Dawn features dome-style construction and a larger side opening, while the Dirty Dee has more windows and roll-up end flaps.
