At Beacon Offroad, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have established the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds:
30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and all returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Special Order Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on special order items or non-stocking items. It is important to carefully consider your decision before placing an order for these items.
Sale (Discount) Items: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price. All sale items are considered final sale.
Late Returns: Returns requested after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require the following:
Receipt or proof of purchase.
A photo or a brief video that clearly illustrates the issue you encountered with the product.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return item is safely delivered to us. Beacon Offroad cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
